Our Human Resources team is seeking a highly skilled Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) for our London office. As an integral part of the Talent Management team, the HRBP will collaborate closely with business leaders and managers to achieve company goals related to human capital.

The successful candidate will act as a strategic consultant on human resources-related initiatives, providing guidance and leadership to drive the employee experience. Key responsibilities include:

Talent Management
  • Developing and implementing talent management, development, and retention strategies in collaboration with management.
  • Facilitating workforce planning and ensuring a robust talent pipeline to meet staffing needs.

Employee Relations

  • Serving as a primary point of contact for employees and managers within assigned business units, addressing concerns and providing solutions for employee relations, performance issues, and conflict resolution.

Performance Management

  • Implementing and overseeing performance management processes, including performance reviews, goal setting, and performance improvement plans.
  • Counseling managers on effective performance management techniques.

Compensation and Benefits

  • Partnering with the Talent Experience team to design competitive compensation and benefits packages that attract and retain top talent.

Training and Development

  • Identifying training needs within business units and collaborating with the Talent Development team to deliver targeted training programs.
  • Promoting continuous learning and professional growth.

Compliance

  • Ensuring adherence to all relevant employment laws and regulations.
  • Staying informed about the latest HR best practices and labor laws.

Change Management

  • Supporting business units through changes in processes, structures, or systems.
  • Minimizing resistance and maximizing engagement during times of change.

HR Metrics and Analysis

  • Utilizing HR data and analytics to provide insights into workforce productivity and inform evidence-based decisions.
  • Tracking key HR metrics and analyzing data to enhance HR initiatives.
