About the Role

iMultiply Resourcing Ltd is seeking a highly skilled Tax Manager to join our team. As a Personal Tax Manager, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of Personal Tax clients, including High Net Worth Individuals, Company Directors, and Non-Domiciles.

Key Responsibilities
  • Client Management: Provide tax advisory and tax compliance services to our private client base, including High Net Worth Individuals, Company Directors, and Non-Domiciles.
  • Team Leadership: Support the technical and personal development of the tax team, including reviewing complex Tax Returns prepared by other members of the team.
  • Project Management: Manage the delivery of P11D returns for a small portfolio of business clients and the firm's CGT on UK Property Returns service.
  • Tax Advisory: Provide specialist tax advice to clients, including IHT planning, wealth structuring, succession planning, transactions in securities, choice of business vehicle, and general owner-managed business tax advice.
  • HMRC Liaison: Deal with HMRC on tax investigations and work closely with the Tax Partner as the first point of contact for private clients.
  • Compliance and IT: Ongoing review of compliance processes within the department, ensuring best practice, and managing the department's IT strategy, including evaluating new products and driving the firm's MTD offering.
Requirements
  • Technical Knowledge: A high level of technical knowledge and experience with using online technical resources to research and summarize complex issues for partners and clients.
  • Leadership Experience: Experience of leading a Private Client Tax team or for Assistant Managers looking to take a step up, experience of leadership at project level or in a particular field of specialism.
  • Communication Skills: Outstanding written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to adapt your style to suit a variety of audiences.
