About the Role

Aibo Recruitment Ltd is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Telesales Executive to join our fast-paced office within the material handling industry.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain a strong pipeline of leads through business development, market research, and strategic partnerships.
  • Collaborate with our sales team to identify new business opportunities and drive growth through effective communication and relationship-building.
  • Conduct thorough fact-finding with clients to provide valuable insights and recommendations to our Account Sales Managers.
  • Track and report on pipeline progress, ensuring alignment with business objectives and key performance indicators.
  • Meet and exceed sales targets, contributing to the overall success of our company.
  • Liaise with our sales team to ensure seamless handovers and successful delivery of new opportunities.
Requirements
  • Technical proficiency with Microsoft and CRM systems.
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and results-driven individual with a strong work ethic.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a flexible and adaptable approach.
