Job Title: Examination Supervisor

Job Type: Casual / Sessional

Salary: £11.44 Per Hour

We are seeking a reliable and organized Examination Supervisor to work with our team. As an Examination Supervisor, you will be responsible for supervising pupils participating in formal external examinations in accordance with Examination Board regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise pupils participating in formal external examinations
  • Collect examination papers and other examination materials
  • Follow instructions provided by the Examinations Officer and Senior Examinations Invigilator
  • Help to seat students and distribute any equipment required
  • Supervise the collection of mobile devices in accordance with JCQ regulations
  • Write necessary information on noticeboards
  • Distribute examination papers to pupils
  • Read out relevant instructions to students
  • Ensure the security of examination papers and the correct seating of pupils
  • Complete a register and report absentees to the Examinations Officer

Requirements:

  • Good literacy and numeracy skills
  • Strong written and spoken communication skills
  • Excellent organizational skills
  • Ability to use initiative and good judgement
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a team
  • Flexibility, adaptability, approachability, and proactivity
