Job Summary

We are seeking a compassionate and caring Health Care Assistant to join our team at Elmbrook Court. As a Health Care Assistant, you will play a vital role in providing personal care and support to our residents, ensuring their physical, psychological, and social needs are met.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide excellent care and support to our residents, including personal care, meal assistance, and daily activities.
  • Assist with day-to-day personal care activities, such as washing, personal hygiene, dressing, and assisting with meals.
  • Support family members and visitors, providing a warm and welcoming environment.
  • Actively participate in various training and up-skilling sessions to enhance your skills and knowledge.
  • Work closely with the management team and other healthcare professionals to ensure the highest standard of care.

Requirements

  • A can-do attitude and a passion for delivering exceptional care.
  • Be a compassionate and caring person, with a strong commitment to providing person-centered care.
  • Be a true team player, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Have experience working as a Healthcare Assistant/Support Worker (advantageous but not essential, as full training is given).
