We are seeking a talented individual to lead our efforts in Responsible Investing, focusing on client conversations, industry events, and ESG-integrated fund development. As a key member of our team, you will represent and promote Janus Henderson's Responsibility thought leadership and ESG-focused products at external conferences and forums.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing and implementing strategies to drive commercial success for our ESG-integrated funds.
  • Managing a small team of ESG analysts, providing line management and guidance.
  • Representing Janus Henderson at external conferences and forums, promoting our Responsibility thought leadership and ESG-focused products.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of ESG initiatives.
