The Truck Driver/Transloader plays a vital role in the success of our logistics and transportation operations at ADM. This position requires a high level of attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently.
About the Position:
- Perform daily equipment inspections to ensure vehicle is in good working condition.
- Follow posted speed limits and other roadway signage.
- Operate in-cab computer systems to track progress and maintain records.
- Communicate regularly with dispatch and other team members to coordinate logistics.
Key Skills and Qualifications:
- 2+ years of experience as a tractor trailer driver.
- Valid CDL with proper endorsements.
- Current FMCSA medical certification.
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.
Compensation:
Average annual salary: $70,000 - $90,000, based on experience and performance.
