Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Environmental Engineer to join our team as a Design Manager. As a key member of our project team, you will be responsible for leading the design and implementation of environmental remediation projects. Your expertise will be essential in developing innovative remediation strategies, ensuring compliance with environmental regulations, and managing project teams.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop comprehensive remediation designs and strategies for contaminated sites
  • Prepare detailed Remediation Method Statements and other supporting documents
  • Prepare detailed engineering plans, specifications, and cost estimates
  • Support with the planning and management of remediation projects from conception to completion
  • Ensure all remediation activities comply with relevant UK environmental regulations and best practice
Requirements

To be considered for this opportunity, you must have a degree in Environmental Science/Engineering, Geology, Hydrogeology, or a related Civil Engineering/Engineering course. A minimum of 7 years of experience in the remediation industry, with a minimum of 3 years of design experience, is also required. Proficiency in GIS, AutoCAD, and Risk Modelling packages is advantageous.
