The Role

We are seeking experienced lawyers with real estate private equity (REPE) experience to join our growing team in London. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing expert advice on REPE transactions, working closely with our clients to understand their needs and develop tailored solutions.

Candidate Specification

  • You are a qualified lawyer with 4-6 years PQE, with experience in REPE / corporate real estate transactions in the UK.
  • You will have strong interpersonal skills and be able to communicate complex analysis in a clear and concise manner.
