About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled VAT Manager to join our thriving Tax Team in London. As a senior member, you will assist the Indirect Tax Partner and Director in managing a diverse client portfolio across various sectors.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive the growth of our indirect tax practice
  • Provide expert advice on UK and international VAT matters
  • Develop and nurture client relationships
  • Contribute to business development initiatives
  • Lead and inspire your team
  • Take charge of special projects like tender proposals and due diligence
  • Conduct staff training on VAT matters
  • Engage actively in VAT planning and marketing initiatives

What You'll Bring:

  • Proven experience in VAT practice
  • Strong grasp of VAT principles
  • Ability to communicate complex issues clearly and effectively
  • Excellent technical skills and up-to-date VAT knowledge
  • CTA qualification is desirable
