Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver Career School workshops to students, focusing on skill development, career guidance, and employability skills.
  • Work with teachers and school staff to ensure a seamless delivery of our programmes.
  • Manage student behaviour and provide support to students as needed.
  • Collaborate with the Global School Partnerships team to ensure effective programme delivery and student outcomes.
Requirements
  • Experience working with young people, preferably in an educational setting.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work with students, teachers, and school staff.
  • Confidence in leading groups and managing student behaviour.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software.
