This is an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Chef at Swinton Barracks in Perham Down. You will be responsible for providing culinary services to our armed forces personnel, improving their quality of life every day.

• Assist with running service, preparation, and other duties of the busy working kitchen
• E nsure strict adherence to all EHO guidelines and systems
• Work with the FOH team to drive service excellence
• Monitor sanitation practices to ensure employees follow standards and regulations
• Prepare, produce, and present food to the highest standard

• NVQ Level 2/3 or equivalent experience in a busy kitchen environment
• Basic IT skills
• Experience in menu production and confident input
• Exposure to bulk cooking
• The enthusiasm to develop and learn new skills
