Job Opportunity: Programme Manager

We are seeking an experienced Programme Manager to join our team at Adecco UK LTD on a temporary contract until the end of March 2025.

This role will be based at our headquarters in Carbrook, Sheffield, with a hybrid working arrangement.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and oversee the implementation of the GRS duties system, ensuring successful programme delivery and developing strategies for effective implementation.
  • Monitor and assure changes to the Project Plan, identifying impacts on business requirements and the specific business case.
  • Define and manage risk mitigation and issues escalation, identifying appropriate resolutions.
  • Develop and manage customer/supplier relationships.
  • May be required to work outside normal hours and travel around and outside of the force area.
  • Regular in-person working at South Yorkshire Police Headquarters in Sheffield is required.
Essential Criteria:
  • Knowledge and experience of project planning and methodologies, including PRINCE2/MSP Practitioner.
  • Experience of implementing SaaS Duty management System.
  • Demonstrable experience of managing senior-level project delivery through the full product lifecycle.
  • Educated to degree level in an appropriate subject matter area or equivalent work experience.
