You will work closely with our Sales Manager and report directly to our joint Managing Directors. Your daily interactions will involve multiple internal and external stakeholders.

This role requires adherence to Health, Safety, Environmental, and Quality standards, as well as the ability to foster a culture of continuous improvement and deliver a first-class service to our customers.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Lead and oversee the Project Management team to ensure timely, cost-effective project delivery.
  2. Continuously enhance processes, manage risks, maintain cashflow accuracy, and ensure effective communication and coordination.
  3. Develop and implement a comprehensive project portfolio management process.
  4. Conduct regular project reviews and quality assessments.
Requirements
  1. Proven leadership experience within a long-term project-based business.
  2. Familiarity with APM and Prince2 Project Management methodologies or similar.
  3. Continuous learning and professional development mindset.
