Customer Success Manager

We're seeking a seasoned Customer Success Manager to join our growing team at Barracuda Networks, LLC. As a key member of our Customer Success group, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences, driving business growth, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Customer Onboarding: Develop and execute customized onboarding plans to ensure seamless adoption of our cloud-enabled security solutions.
  • Account Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with our customers, understanding their business objectives and providing strategic guidance to maximize value realization.
  • Renewals and Upsell/Cross-Sell: Identify and drive renewals, phased upsell, and cross-sell opportunities to grow our customer base and increase revenue.
  • Customer Feedback: Act as the Voice of the Customer, providing valuable feedback to our Support, Sales, Operations, and Product teams to inform product development and improve customer satisfaction.
Requirements:
  • Fluent German: Strong proficiency in German is required for this role.
  • Experience: 4+ years of experience in Sales, Account Management, or Customer Success in a SaaS environment.
  • Education: Bachelor's Degree preferred.
