Our logistics client based in the East Midlands region has an urgent requirement for HGV Class 1 drivers to join their team on a regular ongoing basis.
Job DescriptionKey Responsibilities:
- Make bulk collections and deliveries from a nationwide network of depots and major customers.
- Work predominately afternoon or night shifts.
Licence Requirements:
- HGV Class 1 licence for 1 year with a solid work history during the previous 12 months.
- Up-to-date CPC for Class 1.
- Up-to-date Digi card for Class 1 with no infringements in the past 6 months.
- Maximum 6 penalty points.
- No DD, DR, TT99, or IN10 penalty codes.
Essential Skills and Qualities:
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic.
- Punctuality.
- Smart appearance as a representative of the company.
- Good communication skills.
Salary:
- Night shifts: £16.20 per hour.
- Saturdays: £28.00 per hour.
- Sundays: £20.00 per hour.
