Key Responsibilities:
- Manage multiple client accounts within your portfolio, ensuring seamless delivery of tax services.
- Support the development of new business opportunities and identify ways to expand existing client relationships.
- Collaborate with Partners, Directors, and Associate Directors to drive business growth and improve client satisfaction.
- Lead the day-to-day aspects of UK tax programs, ensuring all deadlines are met and clients receive exceptional service.
- Work closely with our global mobility team to provide expert advice on international tax matters.
- Manage and develop junior staff, providing guidance and support to help them grow in their careers.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in employment tax, with a strong understanding of UK tax laws and regulations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and resolve complex tax issues.
