At the Youth Endowment Fund Charitable Trust, we're dedicated to preventing children from becoming involved in violence. Our goal is to create a safer environment for vulnerable youth by identifying and implementing effective solutions. We're seeking an exceptional Change and Implementation Lead to drive this mission forward.

We've made significant progress in building evidence-based practice within and around youth justice. However, the challenge lies in ensuring that our resources are effectively utilized. This is where you come in – as a key figure in making this change happen.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Developing strategic plans to enhance senior leadership engagement with our guidance, toolkit, research, and implementation tools.
  • Crafting practical tools and resources that empower leaders to incorporate evidence into their decision-making processes.
  • Supporting the scoping and commissioning of behavioral insights research to inform effective evidence mobilization strategies.
About You:

You possess in-depth knowledge of the youth justice sector, with experience working in or with youth justice services. Ideally, you've worked with young people who are vulnerable to or involved in violence. Your previous experience has likely included supporting youth justice services to reflect on and adopt evidence-based practices.

As a seasoned professional, you're fascinated by change and have a proven track record of driving it successfully. Your outstanding analytical judgment, combined with emotional intelligence, enables you to identify opportunities for change and make them a reality. You understand why people find change challenging and excel at addressing these issues.

The salary range reflects our flexibility in tailoring the role to the right candidate's experience. The exact responsibilities and leadership level will be determined during the interview process.

Hybrid Working:

Our office is located in Central London. Team members living in and around London are expected to work from the office a minimum of 2 days per week. Remote workers outside of London will need to visit the office 2 days a month.
