A competitive salary of £34,000 per annum is available for this exceptional role in a premium 4-star hotel in Farnborough.

We are seeking an experienced Assistant Bar Manager to deliver high standards of beverage knowledge and hospitality in a dynamic bar environment.

You will assist the Bar Manager in overseeing service and daily operations, establishing strong relationships with the team and investing in their development through guidance and mentorship.

Your experience in a similar role and management background in Food & Beverage will be crucial in driving commercial success and adapting to changing requirements.

To succeed in this role, you will need:

• Previous experience as an Assistant Bar Manager or similar role within the industry.
• Strong knowledge of bartending, cocktails, hospitality, food/beverage safety, and guest service principles.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proven ability to lead and motivate a team.
• Strong problem-solving skills and adaptability under pressure.
• Flexibility to work varied hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
