Personal Injury Solicitor Opportunity

Oculus Legal Group is seeking a skilled Personal Injury Solicitor to join our team. As a leading law firm, we are committed to providing exceptional legal services to our clients.

About the Role

We are looking for a driven and experienced Personal Injury Solicitor/Legal Executive to manage a varied caseload of fast and multi-track personal injury matters, representing claimants. The ideal candidate will have 3 to 5 years of experience in claimant personal injury cases and be familiar with procedures and relevant law.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage a diverse caseload of personal injury claims, including RTA, EL, PL, and clinical negligence matters from initial instruction to completion.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships, offering solutions and clear communication both in writing and over the phone.
  • Develop and implement effective case strategies to achieve successful outcomes for clients.
  • Stay up-to-date with relevant law and procedures to ensure the highest level of service for clients.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to ensure seamless case management and excellent client service.

Requirements

  • Strong technical legal knowledge and up-to-date familiarity with procedures and relevant law.
  • Ability to manage mixed caseloads of personal injury claims and experience in complex/high-value claims for claimants.
  • Excellent negotiation and advocacy skills, with a proactive approach and effective interpersonal skills.
  • High attention to detail and strong problem-solving abilities, with effective time management and organizational skills.
  • Clear written and verbal communication skills, with strong client relationship management.
