Key Stage 1 SEN Education Specialist

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Key Stage 1 SEN teacher to join our vibrant and inclusive primary school.
The ideal candidate will have Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) with experience teaching in Key Stage 1, a proven track record of working with children with a range of special educational needs, and a strong understanding of SEN strategies and interventions.
Role Responsibilities:- Plan and deliver tailored lessons to meet the diverse needs of SEN pupils in Key Stage 1.
- Closely collaborate with the SENCO, teaching assistants, and external specialists to implement Individual Education Plans (IEPs).
- Foster a positive and inclusive classroom atmosphere, ensuring all pupils feel valued and supported.
- Regularly monitor and assess progress, adapting teaching strategies to ensure every child achieves their potential.
- A competitive salary: £30,000 - £45,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus a SEN allowance.
