About the Role

As a SEND Teaching Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting students with special educational needs in a dynamic school setting. Your primary responsibility will be to provide one-to-one assistance to pupils, helping them overcome challenges and achieve their academic goals.

In this role, you will work closely with teachers and other support staff to develop and implement personalized learning plans tailored to the needs of each student. You will also contribute to creating a safe and inclusive learning environment that promotes social interaction and emotional well-being.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Providing individualized support to students with special educational needs
  • Assisting teachers in lesson planning and delivery
  • Developing and maintaining effective relationships with students, parents, and colleagues
