Salesforce Administrator Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Salesforce Administrator to join our team at Mind Gym. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for maintaining and optimizing our Salesforce platform to streamline business processes and boost productivity.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administer and maintain the Salesforce platform, ensuring seamless user access, profiles, roles, and security settings.
  • Customize and configure Salesforce to meet business requirements, including the creation and management of custom objects, fields, formulas, validation rules, and process automation.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze business needs, translating them into technical requirements and implementing effective Salesforce solutions.
  • Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and resolve operational or functional problems.
  • Stay current with the latest Salesforce releases, features, and best practices, evaluating their potential impact on the organization.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements and system enhancements to maximize Salesforce functionality and efficiency.
  • Support the implementation of new features, applications, and third-party integrations within the Salesforce ecosystem.
  • Maintain comprehensive documentation of Salesforce configurations and processes.
Critical Attributes
  • Minimum of 1 year's experience as a Salesforce Administrator.
  • Salesforce Administrator certification is required; additional certifications such as Advanced Administrator or Platform App Builder are a plus.
  • Strong knowledge of Salesforce architecture, data models, and best practices for configuration and customization.
  • Proficiency in Salesforce Lightning Experience.
  • Hands-on experience with Flow Builder.
  • Solid understanding of Salesforce security models, including roles, profiles, and permission sets.
  • Proven ability to gather and translate business requirements into effective technical solutions.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve system issues.
  • Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
