Job Description

Job Title: Procurement and Supply Chain Transformation Officer

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Procurement and Supply Chain Transformation Officer to join our team at MBDA UK Ltd. The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting the successful rollout of S/4HANA across the MBDA treasury teams in the UK.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver a common set of S/4HANA Procurement and Supply Chain capabilities to MBDA UK, while respecting local legal and regulatory requirements.
  • Support the UK Procurement and Supply Chain input to the design and implementation of a harmonized / standardized process that can be implemented in S/4HANA.
  • Represent the needs of the UK Procurement and Supply Chain within the project team and ensure that requirements are given due consideration in the design and implementation phases.
  • Identify opportunities to improve UK Procurement and Supply Chain processes and maximize the benefits of S/4HANA within the function.

Requirements:

  • Experience in a Procurement and Supply Chain role.
  • Must have experience with SAP products or S/4HANA (desirable).
  • Able to speak French and/or Italian would be an advantage.
  • Excellent communication, influence, persuasion, and project management skills.
  • Comfortable making decisions for change, where limited information may be available.
  • Proven track record of delivering value-added improvement / transformations in a Procurement setting.
