Senior Maintenance Technician

We are seeking a highly skilled Maintenance Engineer to join our client's team in Boston, Lincolnshire. As a key member of the production team, you will be responsible for performing planned and reactive maintenance on various machinery, including automated, process, and packing systems.
The ideal candidate will have mechanical and electrical experience, with qualifications in electrical and mechanical maintenance. You will work collaboratively with production teams to optimize performance and minimize downtime. Our client offers competitive pay, ranging from £44,000 to £49,000 per annum, plus overtime and bonuses.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform planned and reactive maintenance on machinery and equipment
- Install and commission new machinery
- Collaborate with production teams to optimize performance and minimize downtime
- Diagnose and troubleshoot breakdowns
