About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Contracts & Compliance Administrator to join our team at The Recruitment Fix Limited. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing the life cycle of customer-focused contractual agreements, ensuring compliance with company guidelines and current legislation.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage the life cycle of customer-focused contractual agreements, including consignment stock management, non-disclosure agreements (NDAs), supply agreements, and tender documentation.
  • Ensure that the terms and conditions set out in contractual agreements and other company documents are accurate and in line with company guidelines and current legislation.
  • Review compliance and advise key stakeholders, monitoring potential business exposure and risk.
  • Monitor and manage the renewal of existing contractual agreements, as well as the introduction of new agreements.
  • Ensure that externally provided documents are acceptable in relation to company guidelines.
  • Conduct investigations into any contractual disputes.
  • Assist with reports and data analysis.
Requirements:
  • Previous experience of managing the life cycle of contractual agreements is preferable.
  • Strong organization skills with accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Good multitasking skills and ability to problem solve.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Good standard of IT literacy (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
