We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Contracts & Compliance Administrator to join our team at The Recruitment Fix Limited. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing the life cycle of customer-focused contractual agreements, ensuring compliance with company guidelines and current legislation.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage the life cycle of customer-focused contractual agreements, including consignment stock management, non-disclosure agreements (NDAs), supply agreements, and tender documentation.
- Ensure that the terms and conditions set out in contractual agreements and other company documents are accurate and in line with company guidelines and current legislation.
- Review compliance and advise key stakeholders, monitoring potential business exposure and risk.
- Monitor and manage the renewal of existing contractual agreements, as well as the introduction of new agreements.
- Ensure that externally provided documents are acceptable in relation to company guidelines.
- Conduct investigations into any contractual disputes.
- Assist with reports and data analysis.
- Previous experience of managing the life cycle of contractual agreements is preferable.
- Strong organization skills with accuracy and attention to detail.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Good multitasking skills and ability to problem solve.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good standard of IT literacy (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
