About the Job
Care Home Manager Opportunity

HC-One is seeking a dedicated Care Home Manager to lead our care home team and provide exceptional care to our residents. As a Care Home Manager, you will be responsible for the overall management of the care home, including staff management, resident care, and home operations.



Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage a team of care staff to deliver high-quality care to residents
  • Develop and implement individualized care plans for each resident
  • Monitor and maintain the safety and well-being of residents and staff
  • Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and policies
  • Provide training and development opportunities for staff
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless care delivery


Requirements

  • Registered Managers Award Level 4 or equivalent qualification
  • Leadership and management experience in a care setting
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Commitment to delivering high-quality care and customer service
