We are currently seeking a skilled Frontline Operative to join our team in Inverary. The successful candidate will be responsible for carrying out various road maintenance tasks, including pot hole filling, using a range of equipment.

The ideal candidate will possess a Cat C Licence, Drivers CPC, and Digital Tacho Card. They must also be comfortable working a 3-weekly shift pattern, which includes dayshifts, nightshifts, and standby requirements.

Our salary structure offers competitive rates, with dayshift operatives earning £12.75 per hour and nightshift operatives earning £16.58 per hour. We also provide enhanced rates for Public Holidays, Christmas, and New Year. Training and inductions will begin immediately, and this role is scheduled to continue until the end of April 2025.
