Job Description:

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Unqualified Teaching Assistant to join our team at Monarch Education. As a Teaching Support Professional, you will play a vital role in supporting the educational and social development of pupils in a Primary School setting.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver tailored teaching activities to individual pupils or small groups of pupils
  • Ensure pupils are able to engage in learning and stay on task
  • Support the social and emotional development of pupils and report any issues when necessary
  • Support the teacher in managing challenging pupil behaviour and promoting positive behaviour
  • Guide and monitor pupil progress
  • Assist with the planning of lessons

Requirements:

  • Previous experience working in an Education Setting
  • Enhanced DBS check
  • Two professional references
