About the Role
We are seeking an experienced multi-engine pilot to join our team as a Qualified Synthetic Flying Instructor (QSFI). As a QSFI, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality instruction to military multi-engine pilots in a synthetic environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver instruction across the military Multi-Engine Pilot Training (MEPT) syllabus in all Phenom Ground Based Training Equipment.
- Achieve and maintain a Central Flying School QSFI Category.
- Deliver Classroom-based instruction across the MEPT syllabus, including Mass Briefs and Tutorials.
- Play a key role in Flight Safety, actively engaging in the open and honest Safety Culture within Ascent and 3 FTS.
- Assist in the continuous development and improvement of all aspects of courseware and associated training materials.
- Work in close partnership with our customer and other stakeholders to ensure that our programme requirements, dependencies, and expectations are delivered on time, to quality, and within budgeted cost.
Requirements
- You will be an experienced multi-engine pilot, military or civilian.
- You will hold a relevant instructional qualification, airborne or synthetic.
- You will relish working as part of a diverse team of skilled professionals delivering high-quality instruction both in the air and on the ground.
