Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Waiting Staff member to join our team. As a Waiting Staff member, you will be responsible for delivering a high-end but relaxed dining experience to our customers. This includes running sections, ensuring customer needs are met, and working collaboratively with the rest of the team to exceed expectations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction
  • Run sections efficiently and effectively, ensuring all customers are attended to
  • Work collaboratively with the rest of the team to achieve excellent service standards
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to health and safety standards
Requirements
  • Passion for fresh food and outstanding wines
  • Level-headed with the ability to work well in a fast-paced environment
  • Good sense of humour
  • Good eye for detail
  • Desire to deliver great service every time
