We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Project Manager to join our team at Shorterm Group. As a Senior Project Manager, you will be responsible for managing major projects in the Energy sector, specifically in the Transmission and Distribution area.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage design and build schemes for our clients in the Energy sector.
- Oversee the development, design, on-site work, commissioning, and handover of projects to clients.
- Collaborate with project teams, clients, external stakeholders, and site management to ensure successful project delivery.
- Manage variations, changes, and risks associated with projects.
- Develop and maintain commercial knowledge to ensure effective project management.
- Experience in managing high-voltage projects (132kV) in the UK or Ireland.
- Knowledge of NEC (New Engineering Contract) and NEC 4.
- Full UK driving license and ability to travel overnight when required.
- Desirable qualifications: TP144, Development qualification, or PE qualification.
- Essential qualifications: HNC as a minimum.
This is a hybrid role that would suit a former Senior Authorised Person, Project Engineering Manager, or Operations Manager. If you are a motivated and experienced project manager looking for a new challenge, we encourage you to apply.
