  • Provide technical support to clients on hosted and on-premise IT systems

Requirements:

  • Experience in a similar role, preferably within a Managed Service Provider (MSP)
  • Strong troubleshooting skills and ability to resolve IT incidents
  • Excellent networking knowledge and skills
  • Proficiency in Windows Server, VMWare, Hyper-V, and Office 365
  • PowerShell scripting skills
  • Good understanding of backups, including Veeam
  • Competence in Windows and Linux environments
  • Desirable: Fortinet experience and good communication skills
  • Good understanding of ITIL principles
