About the Role:

We are looking for a dedicated healthcare assistant to join our team at Priory Hospital Ayr Clinic in Scotland.

The successful candidate will work 30 hours per week, supporting our patients with daily activities and promoting their independence.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supporting patients with daily tasks and promoting independence
  • Working closely with qualified staff to develop patient care plans
  • Providing practical support with intimate personal needs, such as dressing, bathing, and toileting
  • Maintaining accurate records of patient progress and referring any concerns to senior staff
  • Contributing to the upkeep of the ward and ensuring infection control procedures are followed
  • Fostering a positive and supportive environment for patients, relatives, and carers
  • Communicating effectively with colleagues and patients

Salary: £25,500 - £29,000 per annum (dependent on experience)
