CV Library is seeking a highly skilled Site Quantity Surveyor to join their team in Essex. As a Quantity Surveyor, you will be responsible for managing the financial and contractual aspects of construction projects.

Job Summary:
  • Salary: £80,000 per annum
  • Contract Type: Full-time

We are looking for an experienced QS to oversee the financial and contractual aspects of our Groundworks projects. If you have a strong understanding of groundworks, RC frames, basements, and temporary works, we want to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Manage the financial and contractual aspects of construction projects
  2. Prepare and submit quotes, tenders, and invoices
  3. Maintain accurate records of project costs and progress
  4. Collaborate with colleagues to ensure successful project delivery
Requirements:
  • Previous experience working as a QS for a contractor
  • Degree in Quantity Surveying or Quantity Surveying and Commercial Management
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
