About the Role

We are seeking compassionate and skilled professionals to join our care team as Weekend Support Workers in the Carlisle area. In this role, you will work closely with adults and children with complex needs, providing personalized care and support. Your daily responsibilities will include promoting independence, managing challenging behaviors, and supporting individuals with Autism, ADHD, and Learning Difficulties.

Salary and Package

The competitive hourly rate is £13.50-£14.50, with additional benefits including paid mileage, pension, and holiday pay. You will also receive enhanced pay during bank holidays and weekends, along with rewards and refer-a-friend bonuses up to £250. Our commitment to ongoing training and development ensures your growth and career progression in the field of care.

Your Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you must have prior experience within a professional care setting, preferably community-based. A full UK driving license and access to a vehicle are essential. Strong communication skills and experience in using alternative methods of communication are also required. Additionally, sound judgment and decision-making abilities are crucial in emergency situations.
