Head of Risk and Compliance

About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced and skilled professional to lead our Risk and Quality function. As Head of Risk and Quality, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining a comprehensive risk management framework, identifying and mitigating risks across the organisation, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain a risk management framework that aligns with the company's strategic objectives.
- Conduct risk assessments and compliance audits to identify areas for improvement.
- Work with the legal department to develop and update risk and compliance policies.
- Prepare and present regular reports on risk and compliance to stakeholders.
- Investigate process failures and quality issues to identify root causes and implement corrective actions.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in risk management and compliance.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to lead and coach a team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of regulatory requirements and industry standards.
