About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Adults Learning Disability Support Worker to join our team at Vetro Recruitment. As a Support Worker, you will play a vital role in providing therapeutic care and support to individuals with autistic spectrum conditions and associated complex needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Observe, monitor, and record patient conditions
  • Provide support to help individuals progress through a care pathway to live independently
  • Work collaboratively with a team of multi-professionals to deliver high-quality care

Requirements:

  • At least 6 months of experience working in a social care setting
  • Current Enhanced DBS on the update service or willingness to obtain one
  • The right to work in the UK
