Psychology Graduate Role in SEND Support

We are seeking a motivated and compassionate Psychology Graduate to join our team as a Teaching Assistant for students with SEND. The successful candidate will have a strong academic background in Psychology and a passion for inspiring students with additional needs.

The school has been awarded 'Good' from Ofsted and has a high staff to student ratio, making it an ideal place for a Psychology Graduate to gain experience in supporting students with SEND.
Job SummaryThe successful candidate will be responsible for delivering 1:1 and group interventions to pupils with SEND, closely supporting children with their learning and personal development, and developing personalized support strategies to cater to each individual child.
About YouWe are looking for a Psychology Graduate who has achieved a minimum 2:1 in Psychology from a Top 20 UK University, is passionate about inspiring students with additional needs, and is motivated, inspiring, and compassionate. The ideal candidate will be attentive to the wellbeing of children with SEND and have a strong commitment to making a significant impact on their emotional, social, and cognitive development.
This is a highly rewarding and fulfilling role that offers a great training program to get you started in your career and the opportunity to earn up to £470 per week on a PAYE basis. The full-time position is available from Monday to Friday, 8:30am-3:30pm.
