About the Position

This role requires a seasoned product design leader who can partner with PM and Dev to define processes that increase velocity without sacrificing quality. You will drive design decisions based on data from user metrics as well as qualitative interviews.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Lead a team of designers in creating user journeys, wireframes, detailed UX flows, prototypes, UI mockups, sketches, visuals, decks, and explanations that promote understanding and alignment with cross-functional teams.
  • Partner with PM and Dev to define processes that increase velocity without sacrificing quality.
  • Drive design decisions based on data from user metrics as well as qualitative interviews.
  • Simplify complexities around data visualization, helping our users get actionable insights seamlessly.

Requirements:

  • 9+ years of product design experience, ideally with demonstrated success in enterprise/SaaS software products.
  • Experience and/or passion for working with data visualization.
  • Have a strong portfolio that showcases your design work.
  • Can articulate the reasoning behind your design decisions.

Compensation Package:

  • Estimated salary: $160,000 - $220,000 per year.
