An exciting opportunity has emerged for a Commercial Property Lawyer to join our esteemed law firm. In this role, you will be responsible for managing complex commercial conveyancing files, ensuring client satisfaction, and compliance with industry standards.

About the Position

We are seeking a skilled Conveyancing Expert with at least 2 years of recent PQE or equivalent experience in managing commercial & residential conveyancing files independently. Key responsibilities include:

  • Overseeing a full range of commercial conveyancing files, progressing cases from start to finish with minimal supervision.
  • Maintaining effective control over work in progress, billing, and fee recovery.

We offer a competitive salary range of £30,000 - £50,000 per annum, 2 days' remote working after a 3-month probation, and a range of excellent benefits.
