We are seeking an experienced Deputy Manager or Clinical Lead to join our team at Church Farm Care, a group of four care homes in Nottingham specializing in dementia and nursing care.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and maintain a high quality of care for our residents
- Assist with being on-call and take responsibility for the day-to-day running of the home in the absence of the Home Manager
- Provide professional advice and support to other team members on all aspects of care provision
- Manage the dementia care approach and ensure the timely provision of care
Requirements:
- Level 5 diploma in leadership and management
- Experience working in a residential or nursing home environment
- Positive and fun attitude
- Registered Nurse (advantageous but not essential)
