Job Overview
Salford CVS is seeking a highly skilled Development Assistant to join our team on a part-time basis. This fixed-term contract will last for 12 months, providing an opportunity to develop and deliver a large grants program.

The successful candidate will work closely with the Grants Manager and Grants Co-ordinator to achieve the program's objectives, focusing on voluntary, community, social enterprise organisations, and schools in Salford. To succeed in this role, you will need excellent communication skills, enabling you to interact effectively with diverse stakeholders, from small community groups to large charities and public sector commissioners.

About the Role
Salary: £20,000 - £25,000 per annum (pro rata)
Type: Fixed-term contract

Key Responsibilities
- Assist the Grants Manager and Grants Co-ordinator in developing and delivering the grants program
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders, including community groups, charities, and public sector commissioners
- Collaborate with colleagues to achieve program objectives
- Provide administrative support as needed
