We are currently seeking an experienced and enthusiastic SEN Support Worker to join our team in Portsmouth. As an SEN Support Worker, you will play a vital role in supporting and shaping the learning environment for students with diverse needs.
The successful candidate will have experience in SEN/SEMH settings (personal or professional) and a genuine passion for helping students reach their full potential. You will be committed to addressing diverse needs and teamwork, with strong interpersonal skills and dependability.
Responsibilities:
- Support students with diverse needs in a group and one-to-one setting.
- Contribute to creating a positive and inclusive learning environment.

Requirements:
- Experience in SEN/SEMH settings (personal or professional).

- Strong interpersonal skills and dependability.
