Business Development Representative
We are seeking a skilled Business Development Representative to join our team at SER (Staffing). This role involves managing and growing a territory in the Home Counties, with a focus on the healthcare and care home sectors.
About the Job
The successful candidate will have experience in water hygiene solutions and be passionate about promoting safe water hygiene practices to protect vulnerable populations. They will serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, building and maintaining long-lasting relationships.
Key Responsibilities
The Business Development Representative will:
- Grow a territory by identifying opportunities and delivering tailored solutions.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients in the healthcare and care home sectors.
- Ensure client sites comply with relevant water hygiene and Legionella regulations, such as ACoP L8 and HSG274.
What's In It For You
As a Business Development Representative at SER (Staffing), you can expect a competitive salary of £40,000 - £55,000 OTE £65,000 - £75,000, plus additional benefits including car allowance, mileage, commission, phone, laptop, pension, and 28 days holiday inclusive of statutory days.
