Job Title

Lead a highly successful assembly and manufacturing business through an Initial Public Offering (IPO) offering and multiple acquisitions, requiring technical and commercial expertise, strong leadership, and a trusted advisor role to the board.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the finance team and be involved in the detail when necessary.
  • Attend regular board meetings and contribute to the growth and direction of the business.
  • Provide strategic financial guidance and support to the management team.
Requirements
  • Significant experience in the assembly, fabrication, or manufacturing sector, preferably in a publicly listed company.
  • Experience with IPO offerings or extensive knowledge of publicly listed company structures.
  • Qualified accountant (ACA / ACCA / ACMA, or equivalent).

Working Arrangements
