Job Title: CNC Setter/Operator Sliding Head (Turning)

We are seeking a skilled CNC Setter/Operator to join our team at We Are Workforce Ltd. As a CNC Setter/Operator, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining a Citizen Cincom L20E-2M3 Sliding head machine, ensuring high-quality components are produced while maximizing stock productivity and minimizing waste.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Operate and maintain the Citizen Cincom L20E-2M3 Sliding head machine, ensuring accurate and precise production of components.
  • Conduct quality control checks on components to ensure they meet the required standards.
  • Promote continuous improvement processes to maximize stock productivity and minimize waste in all operational processes.
  • Set up and operate the CNC Multi Axis Lathe, processing Titanium and various sized batches of components while maintaining the standards of accuracy and finish.
  • Ensure the computer-based stock control system and all supporting documentation are fully maintained and accurate at all times.
Requirements:
  • Knowledge of CNC machine set-up, operation, preparation, and cutting.
  • Ability to read and understand a cutting pattern to maximize stock utilization and minimize waste.
  • Understanding of the full scope of quality processes applicable to handling of materials.
