We are seeking a highly skilled Project Management Office (PMO) Lead to join our client, a growing business in the West Midlands region. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading project governance and reporting, workstream coordination, resource management, risk and issue management, stakeholder engagement, and quality assurance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement project governance frameworks to ensure effective project delivery
  • Coordinate workstreams and resources to achieve project objectives
  • Manage project risks and issues to minimize impact on project timelines and budgets
  • Engage with stakeholders to ensure their needs are met and expectations are managed
  • Ensure project deliverables meet quality standards

Requirements:

  • PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent project management certification

  • Proven track record of successfully managing complex projects from initiation to completion
