Job Overview:

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Residential Conveyancing Solicitor or Paralegal to join our established team. As a key member of our Residential Property department, you will be responsible for handling a significant caseload of residential Conveyancing transactions from start to finish.

Responsibilities:

  • To process a high volume of residential Conveyancing transactions from instruction to completion.
  • To work closely with experienced Solicitors to ensure seamless case progression.
  • To maintain accurate records and administrative tasks efficiently.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 6 months post-qualification experience working within a Conveyancing Department running your own caseload for qualified candidates.
  • At least 1 year's experience working within a Conveyancing Department running your own caseload for paralegals.
  • Excellent knowledge of the Conveyancing process from instruction through to completion.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with excellent attention to detail.
