Job Details

We are seeking a full-time Level 2/3 qualified Practitioner to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for creating engaging activities tailored to each child's needs, fostering strong parent-partner relationships, and ensuring child welfare and protection.

Salary and Benefits

The salary for this position ranges from £24,270 to £30,000 per annum, depending on qualifications and experience. In addition to a competitive salary, we offer above-industry standard benefits, including discounted childcare, holiday entitlement, Smart Health access, and financial support through early access to wages and debt consolidation loans.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Full and relevant Level 2/3 or above Early Years qualification
  • Previous experience working with children (ideally as a Nursery Nurse, Practitioner, Educator, or similar)
  • Passion for making learning fun and engaging for each child
  • Ability to build trust and strong working relationships with colleagues and parents
